Three thieves, whose vehicle was chased by police in Kampong Chhnang province’s Kampong Tralach district on Tuesday, would have struggled to hide the evidence of their crime as the loot was five buffalos.
The cattle rustlers, aged 28 to 36, had stolen the animals from villagers in Pursat province earlier, and were transporting them in a truck when they were spotted by law enforcers.
They tried to flee, but given their cargo, cops caught them. The trio confessed and were sent to court.
