Three men were badly injured in a callous hit-and-run in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district yesterday.

The men were riding a moto through a four-way intersection when a careless driver slammed into them from the side.

Two passengers allegedly got out of the car and dislodged the twisted moto from the car’s undercarriage, then sped off.

The three victims were hospitalised, and police are seeking the driver and passengers. KOH SANTEPHEAP
