Time may sail by but arrest warrants don’t

Time and tide waiteth for no man. A teenager was arrested on Monday for allegedly stealing two boats a month ago in Kandal’s Muk Kampuol district.

The 19-year-old was spotted with the boats by their owners, who reported him to the cops.

The teen confessed to stealing the craft, telling police he was stuck with them because no one dared purchase them.

Police sent the teen to court and returned the boats to their owners. NOKORWAT
