Time in the slammer is no deterrent for dealer

Police said a woman who was released last month after a yearlong prison sentence for dealing drugs went right back to the trade on the mean streets of Kampong Chhnang town.

On Tuesday, the 20-year-old was arrested with a few small packages of yama soon after she allegedly called a higher-up to replenish her supply.

Police took her phone and $20. She was sent to court and authorities are looking for her client. KOH SANTEPHEAP
