Tough times on the old dusty road for thief

Tough times on the old dusty road for thief

It was a rough day for a Banteay Meanchey cattle thief on Tuesday.

Police said the 35 year old had joined two cohorts in sneaking onto a man’s property as he slept with the intention of rustling a cow or two.

Unfortunately for our suspect, patrolling police quickly swept in, cornering him as his two buddies escaped.

Even more unfortunately, the house’s sleeping owner – a victim of previous cattle thefts – awoke and managed to dish out a solid thrashing before police deigned to intervene.
