Tourist loses inhibitions, valuables while dancing

A beach boogie led to a bag-snatch on Saturday when a Russian tourist left his belongings unguarded to bust a move.

The victim and his friend were seaside dancing in Sihanoukville when a man, 27, snuck into the beach stall where they had left their possessions and stole a laptop, three phones and 1 million riel ($250). Police later arrested the man, who will face court. DEUM AMPIL
