Tourists take tumble in SR moto accident

Two Japanese tourists were rushed to hospital after their Air Blade motorbike collided with a traffic barrier in Siem Reap on Wednesday afternoon.

The two men – aged 20 and 24 – were travelling at high speed on the National Road 64.

Unfamiliar with the upcoming bend in the road, they failed to negotiate the corner and crashed into the traffic barrier.

The pair suffered injuries and were hospitalised, and the moto was also damaged in the crash.
