Trouser trouble as teen turns hooligan

A teenager in Kampong Chhnang town lost his head (and possibly his pants) on Saturday when he allegedly pulled off his belt and attacked a fellow student during a football game.

When the 17-year-old got into a scuffle with an 18-year-old opponent, he took off his belt, and struck the victim’s head several times, necessitating treatment at a hospital, police said.

The suspect told police that the victim tried to hit him first.
