An ambiguous arrest was made in the capital’s Chamkarmon district yesterday.

Local police making their rounds came across 12 adolescents in an empty plot of land and accused them of having hidden a samurai sword, arrested them and hauled them away to the police station.

Despite no sword reportedly found later, the dozen were handed over to the social affairs department all the same.
