Uncle Benjamin aids officer after accident

Impunity writ small was the order of the day in the wee hours of the morning in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district.

Police said a drunken RCAF officer was on his way home from a Koh Pich shindig when he ploughed straight into a car making a left turn.

His subsequent attempt to drive off was thwarted by police. No jail was in the offing though as the man paid $100 in compensation and got off the hook.
