Underaged pair causes unneccessary accident

A pair of underage drivers were left seriously injured on Monday when their failure to abide by road rules caused a major collision.

According to police, the girls, both aged just 12, were driving in Kandal province when they took a sharp left without signaling.

A farmer driving behind collided with the pair, leaving all three with severe injuries. They are now in hospital. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
