Unlucky crook clocks hat-trick of offences

A two-time offender believed the third time was the charm when he tried robbing a garment worker late yesterday night in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district.

The out-of-work crook found his way into the person’s home trying to steal whatever possessions he could.

Villagers alerted police, who in turn arrested the vagabond and sent him to court where he faces trial to complete his internment hat-trick.
