Unprovoked stabbing has cops on lookout

The quiet of a popular tourist destination in Kandal province was shattered on Sunday, not by the usual ruckus of inebriated weekend party-goers, but by a savage knife attack.

A 28-year-old Kien Svay district local was lounging on his porch when two attackers stuck a knife in his back for no apparent reason. Police said the stabbing was unprovoked and are searching for the perpetrators, who remain at large. DEUM AMPIL
