Unwelcome lush drives car into family’s home

A Banteay Meanchey family found no joy when a drunk woman’s joyride ended halfway through the wall of their house early yesterday morning.

The boozed up bar worker was on her way home from the nightclub where she’s employed when she lost control of her car, plunging into a family bedroom and injuring the sleeping father.

He was taken to the hospital with a broken leg while the drunk driver abandoned her car in the middle of the home to flee the scene on foot.
