User handcuffs woman before stealing her cash

A lemonade stand was, apparently, out of the question for a drug user who was thwarted as he tried raising some dough by robbing a garment worker.

Police say the capital 20-year-old broke into a Choam Chao commune home on Wednesday and handcuffed the woman inside before grabbing some cash.

The victim’s scream was heard by her niece outside who rallied neighbours to pin the fleeing culprit. He was given a couple whacks before cops came to make the arrest.
