Victim proves pain in the necklace for thief

A thief more than met his match when he tried to snatch a woman’s necklace on Saturday in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district.

The woman was riding her moto home when the robber sped by and attempted to grab her jewellery.

He not only failed to steal her necklace but took a tumble after the would-be victim pushed him off his moto.

She called for help and bystanders escorted him to the nearest police station. DEUM AMPIL
