A gambler’s luck ran out on Wednesday when he was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district for stealing $100 from a Chinese national.
The victim reported to police that he had been robbed at knifepoint.
The police, working off the man’s description, was able to locate the 28-year-old suspect at a video-gambling joint and promptly arrested him.
The perpetrator has been sent to court.
