Villagers don’t have a cow after crime spree

Four serial cow stealers were arrested in Pursat town on Tuesday. Police said reports of missing bovines had become an almost daily occurrence in one village, inspiring police to stake out the area at night.

The thieves soon returned and were promptly arrested. They confessed to a spate of cow thefts, saying that sometimes they sold them and other times they ate them. KOH SANTEPHEAP
