Two star-crossed lovers were caught unawares while they were enjoying a romantic evening at Wat Phnom on Saturday.

The suspects approached the couple from behind at around midnight, knives drawn. Seeing the blades reflected in the light of the moon, the victims didn’t cry for help as the suspects took their phones, money and a ring.
