Weeks-long probe sees moto thieves caught

Three suspected motorcycle thieves were finally picked up in Kampong Chhnang on Tuesday.

A police investigation into a moto that vanished in the province on June 27 led to the doors of the three men, who were quick to spill the beans on their dastardly deeds after their separate arrests.

They had only returned a few days previously from Phnom Penh, where they hawked the scooter for $250.
