‘What are you looking at?’: Youths beat driver

The stone-cold hand of the law cut down a rowdy gang of youths by a quarter in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The group of eight was slurping some drinks, which attracted the stares of a passerby on a moto.

Not having any of this, they jumped on four motorbikes and pursued the wide-eyed victim, pelting him with stones along Phnom Penh’s Norodom Boulevard.

The victim was struck but not injured, as police on patrol swooped to the rescue at 3am. Two of the group were arrested but six fled and remain at large.
