What’s a moto between friends? A lot, actually.

A 30-year-old man took a friendship to the next level after he allegedly sold a moto he borrowed from a friend in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district.

The man was at the victim’s house for a party when he pretended to hear news that his wife had been rushed to a hospital.

He asked to borrow his friend’s moto but failed to return it, police said.

The victim filed a complaint and police arrested the man on Friday after he admitted he sold the moto.
