A sneaky drug fiend was finally nabbed off the streets after savy police had him tailed. He was cuffed on July 27 in Kandal’s Ang Snuol district.

Though the pesky peddler had been on police radar for a while, they had been unable to nail him.

Secret police received good intelligence and, sure enough, they found five bags of methamphetamine on his person.
