A recently widowed Poipet woman allegedly set fire to her house with her three children inside on Tuesday.

According to police, a neighbour put out the burning building, saving the children and much of the house, but the troubled woman escaped.

The neighbour attributed the outburst to pressure over the fact that her husband had just died. Police are now looking for the woman to bring her back home, but have promised not to arrest her. Deum Ampil
