Wife saves her husband from jail with Facebook

A man in his twenties lucked out after he was arrested for allegedly stealing $80 of company assets from his employers on Saturday in Kampong Cham province.

Initially arrested and sent to the provincial court, his wife recorded her detained husband on video and posted it to Facebook in a public plea for help, a call which was answered by none other than Provincial Governor Lun Lim Thai who paid the $80 in compensation for the man’s freedom, according to police.
