Wing shop owner’s wife shot by robbers

Wing shop owner’s wife shot by robbers

In the latest of a string of armed robberies across the Kingdom, five men armed with rifles and pistols stuck up a Wing shop on Friday night in Takeo’s Bati district and shot the owner’s wife when she screamed for help.

After the suspects held up the 32-year-old owner, exacting $9,000 from him at gunpoint, they went to make their exit, but at the moment, his wife, a mid-wife by profession, called out for help and was shot four times resulting in serious injury.
