Woman caught pawning loot from a sleepover

One victim’s evening guest had more than pillow fights on her mind when she robbed her host of a phone and digital camera in Siem Reap province on Sunday.

Police in Sala Kamroeuk commune say the suspect spent the night in the victim’s hotel room, and then waited until he was in the shower to make off with his electronics, which were promptly pawned at the local market.

When authorities were alerted they quickly tracked down the suspect, brought her in for questioning and saw that the stolen devices were returned to their owner.
