Woman gets bag back, but out five Benjamins

Capital police were able to return a bag, but the $500 inside managed to slip through their grasp.

Driving through Tumnop Teuk commune on Sunday, a woman was tailed by four men on two bikes who came away with her purse.

Nearby officers caught the one holding the satchel. The culprit was sent off for legal repercussions and the bag – sans cash – was returned.
