A crowd that gathered around a young woman they believed injured in a moto accident in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district on Sunday were shocked to discover she was in fact bleeding from a bullet wound.

Police said the uni student had been headed home from school when two suspects pulled alongside and demanded her bike.

When she refused, they shot her in the leg and absconded with the vehicle when she weakened and fell over. Police are now on the hunt for the two culprits. Deum Ampil
