A would-be good Samaritan is recovering in hospital after being stabbed over the weekend.
Police said the incident kicked off on Friday night when a construction worker went to reclaim $12 he had loaned a friend months ago only to become enraged when he didn’t have it.
With things about to get physical, the 26-year-old victim attempted to intervene and calm the situation, only to be stabbed in the chest and shoulder for his trouble. The construction worker is now on the run. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
