Wrong place, wrong time for capital dealer

An alleged drug dealer walked out of her house and into the hands of police in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district on Wednesday.

Police said they had been investigating the woman to determine her involvement in the drug game, and when she decided to pop down to the market to find some clients, they were waiting just outside her door.

Police found eight packets of drugs in her pocket and sent her to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
