Always sleep in your tuk-tuk. While not a law, such advice will be dispensed by one Phnom Penh driver after his red chariot was nicked after he parked and went for a snooze near the water on Saturday.

Two suspects nonchalantly wheeled the vehicle away while he caught some shut-eye.
