Three delinquent junkies were arrested for drug use and trafficking in Kampot province’s Angkor Chey district on Wednesday.
The trio, aged 16, 19, and 20, were nabbed while operating their clandestine business in Phnom Kong commune.
The police seized four cellphones and a small package of drugs and are preparing documents to send the trio to court.
