Young man cries ‘uncle!’ after brutal axe attack

They say you can’t choose your family – an all-too-sad truth for one 21-year-old in Kampong Speu whose uncle took after him with an axe on Sunday.

Police said the man, already believing his nephew a disrespectful lout, became enraged when the young man drove his motorbike into the uncle’s fence.

Out came the axe, down went the nephew (with thankfully minor injuries) and to the police station went the complaint. DEUM AMPIL
