Youngster ignores his bedtime, deals drugs

A 12-year-old boy in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district proved that drug dealing isn’t child’s play when he was arrested on Saturday night.

A police patrol noticed the youngster behaving suspiciously and so questioned him.

After finding 25 bags of drugs in his possession, police exercised a little leniency.

The youngster is to be sent to the Department of Social Affairs.
