Youths arrested for carrying ‘lock picks’

Three young men are behind bars on what we’ll admit seems like a relatively thin pretext after an arrest in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.

Police patrolling in the capital’s Sen Sok district said the trio looked “suspicious” as they rode past on a moto and so were pulled over.

After a search, police turned up a tool used to crack moto locks, which, despite the three’s protestations, was enough to haul them in.
