Youths find daylight robbery doesn’t pay

Two criminally inept youths – aged 23 and 16 – were arrested on Monday morning in Kampong Speu’s Baset district.

The pair of dunces was spotted by police as they attempted to break the lock of a village house in broad daylight, intending to make off with the moto parked inside.

Police arrested the pair on the spot, and are now preparing to send them to the provincial minor crime office.
