Where does Asian Kitchen come from and what does it serve?

Asian Kitchen is a brand from Singapore and it serves Asian food with Chinese influence with a focus on roast meats such as duck, pork and chicken.

Can you tell us the history of Asian Kitchen?

The first Asian Kitchen opened in Singapore more than 12 years ago. Our grand opening in our first Cambodian restaurant, here in Phnom Penh, took place in July 2013.

What are some of the other dishes you offer?

Besides our roasts, which come in three different flavours, we also serve a variety of rice dishes, 12 different types of noodles, soups, vegetable dishes and Asian desserts.

What about Asian Kitchen appeals to your customers?

We receive good feedback on our crispy roasts, the affordable pricing and the comfortable dining environment in our restaurant.

Could you recommend one of your outstanding dishes?

We are proud of our roasts especially our roast duck with crispy crackling skin. This is achieved as our roasts are freshly cooked in a special combi oven. We also marinate our meats for at least 24 hours before cooking. All our ingredients are sourced locally although the recipe is originally from the original Asian Kitchen.

What inspired the restaurant’s interior design?

It is designed with all the comforts of a contemporary modern restaurant with wooden flooring, ceilings and partitions and sticks closely to the Asian Kitchen theme which has colours underlining the Oriental influence.
