Sihanoukville Port has established a sister relationship with Qinzhou Port in the south of China, according to a report from state-run news agency Agence Kampuchea Presse.

The agreement is part of the ASEAN-China maritime cooperation framework, which will see the ports work together to boost trade and exchange information to enhance one another’s capacity.
