Rancour seen as motive in violent attack, again

A teen's ride home from school in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district on Saturday was cut short when a group rode up and attacked him with samurai swords.

The 18-year-old was badly injured on his hand and head and was unable to identify the assailants as they were wearing helmets. Police chalked the matter up to a case of rancour. They are now seeking the suspects. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
