The apartment is fully furnished with basic cane furniture, which is easy to clean and easy to move around. If a tennent wanted to change it or bring in more that would be no problem after a talk with the owners.

Everything is in fine working order and the owner has checked everything and made some repairs recently. Again, if the new tennent wants to add something or change something the owner will be more than happy to do so.
