Phnom Penh: A place with some spirit

LOCATED to the north of Phnom Penh, Wat Phnom encases the city’s most iconic pagoda, the spiritual heart of the city, and its surrounding gardens. Better known for its high-end hotels, the district is serviced by various forms of entertainment, scattered about the leafy streets of this pedestrian-friendly suburb. There has been rapid development in the area of late, credited to improved access roads.

Colonial style

THIS wonderful family villa is situated on a large block in Wat Phnom and boasts a large garden at the front and a courtyard allowing for plenty of parking, while to the rear is a decked pool area. The apartment has separate kitchen and dining area and a large bedroom that opens out to a sizable balcony. Available for long- and short-term basis and due to the fact that all kitchen utensils and facilities are provided, this can be a good extended holiday option for visiting family members. The apartment is located in a block that includes 24-hour management and security and servicing is available at an additional cost. The price of this apartment is $550 per month in addition to electricity, water and internet costs.
