A Cambodian real estate company recently launched a soft opening of a project expected to be the largest and most luxurious in Phnom Penh, which will feature 100,000 meters of space to create a modern international HOPSCA.

The Prince Real Estate Company launched its soft opening of a showroom called Ecology Park of the Prince Plaza Center on July 25, 2015 in Cambodia with an expected 800 distinguished guests joining.

Among those invited are China Construction Co., America-based DF company, TTR Design LTD. and Shenzhen Grandland Decoration Group Co., Ltd., whom are cooperating to devise a world-class product in Cambodia.

The ceremony hosted a concert with a dance show, local and international star’s famous songs, buffet, barbeque and cocktail serving for guests.

In addition, there will be a lottery where guests will be eligible to win an iPhone 6, iPad Air 2 and a Hua Wei bracelet, as well as the biggest reward worth $10,000 for buying condo units within the project.

Ecology Park, located at the west of the national assembly, plans to spend $3 million on the showcase.

The event shows the strength of the brand, their resources and the market force behind Prince Real Estate Company. This foreign investment company will choose Cambodia as its business base and try to develop itself to be the leading property company in Cambodia.

Ecology Park will feature malls, restaurants, resorts, business markets and residentials. In addition, Prince Plaza Center is equipped with a big swimming pool, a sky bar, a gym and a garden on each floor.

The project, which offers a SOHO unit with 23 to 53 square meters, a wide-view unit with 72 to 119 square meters and a loft unit with 49 to 160 sqaure meters will be put on sale with affordable prices with high profit expectations. It will become a rare project that cannot be duplicated.
