Scythe-wielding skills aging like a fine wine

Respect your elders. That goes double if they have an edged weapon. A 38-year-old in Kampong Cham found that out the hard way on Friday after drunkenly picking a fight with his wife.

As the fight escalated, the man’s mother-in-law tried to intervene only to become the focus of his wrath. That’s when the father-in-law, 65, snapped, grabbed a scythe, and went to work.

The victim was struck three times in the back and arms before collapsing. He’s now recovering in hospital and grandpa is on the run. NOKORWAT
