A 1-tonne statue of Buddha lies on the ground in Oddar Meanchey province’s Trapaing Prasat district.
The Campaign to Reduce Violence for Peace held a one-day Peace Walk
in Siem Reap on Aug 14, according to an organizing committee press release.
The walk started at Angkor Wat with a ceremony before preceding to Siem
Reap town.
His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk greeted the marchers in front of his
residence.
