Siphoned oil leaves its mark on foiled driver

A driver was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district for allegedly trying to grease his own palms by skimming a little oil off the shipments he was making for his employers.

An administrator at the company noticed that more and more oil was going missing from the man’s trucks, and finally confronted him.

The man broke down and confessed to stealing nearly 2,000 litres of the stuff and promised to pay it back, but the manager turned him over to police. CAMBODIA EXPRESS NEWS
