PHNOM PENH - Kao Roomchang pulled out of a scheduled bout with Long Sophy at TV5 Sunday due to illness, said people from his camp, with Khon Reach, a teammate of Kao Roomchang at the Anlong Veng boxing club, fighting in his place. Khon Reach said Kao Roomchang had an abscess on his shoulder, and that he was recuperating at home in Battambang. Long Sophy beat Khon Reach on points.
