Hawthorn have been installed as the favourites to win next Saturday’s AFL Grand despite opponents Sydney Swans having won both of their two previous games in 2012, official website afl.com.au reported on Saturday.

Hawthorn booked a place in this year’s premiership decider with a 97-92 win over Adelaide on Saturday, while the Swans hammered Collingwood 96-70 in their preliminary final on Friday.
