Karate-do tournament kicks off with more

The 2011 National Karate-do Championships got underway yesterday morning at the National Sports Complex. Despite a significant drop in the number of clubs competing, the five-day tournament sees 192 male and female participants, an increase of over 50 percent from last year. “This year’s competition is more active and attractive,” said Cambodian Karate-do Federation president Lach Chansovann.
