Marquez set for seventh straight race domination

MotoGP world championship leader Marc Marquez of Spain will be seeking a sensational seventh straight victory from pole position in front of his home fans this weekend in the Catalunya Grand Prix.

The Repsol Honda rider has made the podium at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmelo for the past four years, but has not tasted victory since 2010 when he was racing in the 125cc class (now called Moto3). Sunday’s MotoGP race gets under way from 7pm Cambodian time.
